Research on Aircraft Wheel Hub Pose Detection Method Based on Machine Vision

Abstract In order to achieve the action of lifting and clamping aircraft wheel by holding device, machine vision is innovatively introduced detect position pose hub during process. The overall process design was systematically carried out, an industrial camera selected calibrated. Then, generalized Hough transform used extract target from processed image, its center calculated. Based on data number target’s center, it determined whether intact. If incomplete, more photos were taken. targets met standard intact, PnP calculation algorithm adopted calculate hub. results showed that calculated requirements proposed project design.
